Please follow these steps when returning your items:
- Please send an email to returns@carprusdirect.com including your full name, full address, invoice number, list of the products you want to return and the reasons for returning them.
- Please let us know whether you would like a refund, replacement or exchange.
- Please wait for an email from us confirming that your return request is acknowledged.
- Please print the email we sent you and enclose it with your returned products. We recommend getting adequate insurance for your return in case of loss in the post. Please return your package together with the print of the email we sent you by recorded delivery, keeping your recorded delivery as proof of postage to Returns.

If you have benefited from the free delivery, we reserve the right to refund the cost of your products minus any delivery charges we have incurred in sending the products out to you. Please note that returns or exchanges must be approved by us. No returns are accepted without return approval.
We will do the refunds to the same card you used to pay for the products within 30 working days or earlier. You will be required to pay any return postage costs.
